You may notice the following charges on your account balance payment alongside your post-secondary tuition costs per semester. These costs are fees paid by regular studies students who get automatically included in the LSU membership. * In exception to the verified exemption of the UPASS from the college and the LSU Health & Dental Plan**, all other LSU fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. The following fees show charges for courses taken per credit from a minimum of 1 credit to a maximum of 15 credits. Fee charges may fluctuate depending on the number of credits taken per semester.

| LSU International Communities Development Fund This fee is used to fund various international charity projects in impoverished nations affected by political unrest, famine, diseases, and/or natural disasters. |

| LSU Bursary, Scholarships & Awards Fund This fee goes towards providing bursaries, scholarships, and awards to those in need of financial assistance and of educational merit. |

| LSU Member Relations and Outreach Fund This fee goes towards the events committee’s fees to host events, campaigns and advocacy initiatives. |

| LSU- UPASS BC This fee is paid for a U-PASS Compass transit card to use for the entire semester for a 3-zone usage ridership. |
